Terms of Use

For the AnPyer Android application, published by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us").
Effective date: 19 September 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Agreement

By installing or using AnPyer you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you obtained the app through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply, and in case of conflict regarding purchase, refund, or distribution matters, Google's terms prevail.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use AnPyer on Android devices associated with your Google account, in accordance with these Terms. The app is licensed, not sold. Open-source components included in the app are licensed under their own terms, listed under Third-party notices; nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted to you by those licences.

3. Purchase

AnPyer is sold as a one-time purchase through Google Play. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy; we cannot process refunds directly.

4. Your content

Notebooks, code, data, and any other content you create or open in AnPyer remain yours. We do not receive or store them. You are responsible for backing up your files and for having the right to use any data you process with the app.

5. Code execution

AnPyer executes Python code that you write or open. Code runs with the same permissions as the app itself and can read, modify, or delete files you have granted the app access to, and can make network requests. You are solely responsible for the code you run. Do not run notebooks from sources you do not trust without reviewing them first.

6. Optional AI assistant

  • The assistant only works with an API key that you obtain from a third-party model provider. Your use of that provider is governed by the provider's own terms, and any fees are charged by the provider, not by us.
  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You must review any change the assistant proposes before accepting it; the app asks for your confirmation before modifying a notebook or making a network request on your behalf.
  • You can flag a problematic reply with Report this reply. Reports stay on your device unless you choose to send them to us.
  • We do not guarantee availability or compatibility of any third-party provider or model.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use AnPyer to violate any law, to infringe others' rights, to develop or distribute malware, or in any way that breaches Google Play's policies. You must not attempt to circumvent Google Play licensing for the app.

8. Updates and changes

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features (including the set of bundled Python packages). Updates are delivered through Google Play. We may also modify these Terms; the current version is always available at https://anpyer.com/terms/, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Disclaimer of warranty

AnPyer is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of computation, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Scientific and numerical results should be independently verified before being relied upon.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
